New Summer Fitness Schedule

We will be taking a 2 week holiday break, starting back up with Amy (shes the buff one in the middle) every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday in the Stake Center Gym @ 9:00 am [starting January 4th]

Amy Heuser is doing fitness classes at the Stake Center every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am - 10am and would love for us to join her! Kids come too!!!

If you have a mat or weights please bring them. We do have some in the closet, so if you don't it is fine too. Let me know if you have any questions.
